We had long awaited for an occasion to dine in @masalalibrary and finally it came in the form of the 10th anniversary.

If @indianaccent was style with substance, Masala Library was more style than substance. Of the dishes we ordered, we felt focus was more on fusing the different styles and cuisines, than the end result. But not all was lost, here are some of the dishes we enjoyed – Mango in jellied form with Coconut milk presented as a cracked egg, Galouti abab on an extremely soft Khamiri roti, Cod fish Kichidi which was more of a risotto and dehydrated and candied orange. The one we really loved was Jalebi Caviar served in a conch with rabri and saffron air!
