Day 2’s dinner was the amazing Taiwanese cuisine.

From top to bottom - Drunken chicken, a cold appetizer that was flavorful and juicy; Spinach sautéed with garlic was fresh and stood tall among meat dishes; Tofu hot and sour soup; Crab meat & roe, pork dumplings; pork dumplings. These are soupy dumplings and completely delicious. Absolutely the highlight of our meal. So good that I may go in again one of these days!
