Went for Rustom’s 2nd Anniversary ‘Greatest Hits Tasting Menu’ and absolutely loved it. Rush there tomorrow. Only available for lunch and dinner one more day!!
Top to bottom, left then right - Akoori (soft scrambled egg), utterly butterly delicious pav, Chicken Farcha (pan fried masala chicken), Eeda (egg) chutney pattice, supremely flavorful kheema samosa and Kolmi (prawn) kabab!
Main Course : Parsi roti, Vegetables in coconut milk gravy, bheeda (bhindi) in spiced yogurt gravy, Fish in sweet-sour gravy, kolmi (prawn) pulao.
Main Course (contd.): Shirazi Mutton pulao, Jardali Marghi (Chicken cooked with dried apricots) with salli (potato crisps).
Desserts : Caramel Custard, Lagnu (wedding) na custard and Mawa Cake. The simple Caramel Custard was just spot on with the right tinge of bitterness from the Caramel!
