A week ago we had been to Eau de Monsoon in Le Meridien as part of the Restaurant Week offer. These were the beautiful cutlery. Loved the golden patterns on the black plate.
If I remember right, this was called Cauliflower Cappuccino. It was a palate cleanser before the meal began at Eau de Monsoon. Very earthy flavor of Cauliflower, cream and mushroom (I think!)
The starters we had from the Restaurant Week menu of Eau de Monsoon. Top is Chicken Tikka along with Olive Khasta and sundried tomatoes, garlic and pink peppercorn jelly. Bottom is Mushrooms stuffed with goat cheese and chili, served with banana wafers. All were super yummy!
